Description

The Business Improvement District (also known as BID) is made up of numerous businesses and property owners within the defined District boundaries. The BID Board meets once a month to review issues in the district regarding public relations, advertising, special events, aesthetics, training, and other activities designed to improve the district. The BID is funded through assessments on property owners within the Business Improvement District. 

Member Information

The Business Improvement District Board shall consist of nine (9) representatives from district businesses and property owners that are appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation of the Council. The members shall serve for staggered terms of three (3) years.
