Build a Hanger

Hangar sites are available for privately built and owned hangars.  Site rentals depend on the building footprint with 5’ added per side, and 10’ front and back.  Annual lease rates are $0.096 per square foot, through December 20, 2027.  Lease rates average about $450/year, of course depending on hangar size.  Many spaces remain on the North end of the field.  Lease rates include Winter plowing of hangar aprons.  Interested parties are encouraged to call us at 715-526-2465 or email us at:  airportmanager@cityofshawano.com
