Deadlines & Due Dates

Deadlines and due dates for mayor, municipal judge, and alderman are as follows:

• The first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1.
• Nomination papers are due by 5 p.m. the first Tuesday in January (if this day lands on a holiday, they are due the next business day).
• A notification of non-candidacy is due the second Friday before the nomination papers deadline.
